Refund policy
Returns Accepted
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be returned with original packaging and all accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind or no longer want the item:
- You can return it within 30 days
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply if item is not in original condition
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not working:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos or video of the issue
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund after verification
- Return shipping cost will be covered by us if return is required
Missing or Wrong Item
If you receive the wrong item or parts are missing:
- Contact us immediately
- We will arrange replacement parts or a full replacement at no extra cost
Refund Processing Time
Once the return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
Important Notes
- Items showing signs of misuse will not be eligible for refund.
